Woodworking for Beginners //  2 Day Workshop with Woodworker Matt Huber // Sundays March 15 & 22 // 11:00 - 15:00

This 2 day workshop will look at the skills and techniques required to create a functional piece of furniture from salvaged wood & materials. We will be building a woodworking workbench made out of reclaimed material, one that will fit in a small corner of a spare room or in a shed.

​

A workbench is one of the most important tools that it woodworker has, and a stout workbench can make woodworking far more enjoyable. In true guerilla-woodworking style we will be using all reclaimed wood.

​

Get to grips with basic woodworking tools and learn fundamental furniture making techniques - whilst building your own functional piece of furniture that you will take home at the end of the course!

Wood will be pre-cut to help with the project, and power sanders will be available. All materials and tools supplied.
